The new tower is cheaper than the old Z tower that Tige offered. Talked with the dealer today about it.
I find it hard to believe the BU tower clone is cheaper than the Z tower. Is he talking retail, dealer cost or factory cost? Many games can be played with numbers to convince the buyer of what marketing is pushing.
This thread reminds me of an old cereal commercial which had a tag line of "I am cuckoo over Cocoa Puffs"
This thread should read "I am cuckoo over 2009 Tige's"
Wow...those new designs look ...um...hideous. That tower...um....no. I didn't think there could be an uglier tower than the Malibu offering...I was wrong. The only model that I liked was the 20v.

I sat in front of him bewildered also. I asked him 4 times that the 3 inch Z tower was more expensive than the Alpha Z tower... He said yes all 4 times.
When was the last time you heard of a boat manufacturer coming out with something new that was cheaper? Never happens.
I agree but I did ask the same question and commented on the 3 inch Z tower was more expensive than the new Alpha Z tower. The dealer does not play games with me or lie to me so I have to believe him.
The illusion tower on Malibu is standard, it's an upgrade cost of about $500+ to go with the Titan tower. So I can definitely see it being cheaper than the Z tower by XTP.
Yes, I would take your candy corn colors over the new graphics on a 20v.
I did not see the 2009 graphics on a 20V but seeing them on other models I am not a fan of them. It may be my age or the fact that I tend to be conservative.
dog sorry my colors are too bright for you. NOT At least mine isn't as fugly as the Ethiopian Tige
Heck da.bell's RZ is Orange/White and a lot of boats are white and I have seen yellow/white on the site so I am confused.
The 2009 Tige Stereo System is the highest performing and highest wattage of any factory installed system.
The boats are now coming factory with the new Wet Sounds Syndicate amplifiers. 1400 watts total if ordered with the tower of power!!
A SYN6 1000 watt 6 ch running the XS650 in boats and XS10FA. A 400 watt 2 ch SYN2 running the one or two pairs of PRO 60's on the tower.
You will also notice that the PRO 60's are now molded into the tower for a sleek look so everything is intergrated and the tower and the speakers have all been designed as one from the start on this new tower.
The new amps use new technolgies such as Class H power supplies which are more efficient and cooler running than others. So no overheating amps no matter where you live.
Also, the 6 ch has enough power to drive 2-12 inch subs. So anyone who feels the need for more bass can go crazy and not even have to add an amp. So the system is very flexible.
