Just thought that some people may find this interesting, there is two ethonal plants just built with in 15 miles of my office and one of them just announced they are not going to start production until the markets get better. I had supper next to the plant manager at an city economic meeting and told him i had heard this is what was going to happen, this was three months ago and he said that it was complete lies and they were going to produce ethonal as soon as the plant was done, the newspaper today said differently.
