Mid 80's plus super high humidity equals one blistering hot day

80 is comfortable but with humidity, it's not very comfortable.

The gates haven't been opened in a decade i don't believe. The problem with this is as the lake levels rise, it has picked up and floated the tons of debris that has been sitting on shore for years.

The few weekend days we have had with no rain have been plagued by 25 mph winds. It has been a tough season so far...

Somwhere in the mid west I saw a water ski resort that was on a lake and the lake dam broke draining the lake from being to full. Now the resort has lost everything unless they can repair the dam real fast and refill the lake. But we all know that does not happen.

I grew up San Diego county and moved when I was 24. There is no way I would move back there. It is dry, dirty, brown from lack of rain, and way to congested. I visit my parents once a year and can only stand to be there for about a week.

I feel for you. It has been brutal here in Seattle. Coldest Spring ever. Seriously, the joke out here has been that we are waiting for global warming to appear. It has been consistently 15 degrees below normal. Good for all the landscaping I did this Spring but terrible for boating.

Fortunately this weekend looks good. Plus, I have a week at Lake Roosevelt in two weeks. Should be mid-80's with dry, desert heat and nothing but glass as far as the eye can see. I'm beyond stoked.

We sold our 22V three months ago and definately don't miss it. This spring has been crappy and cold plus the fuel prices skyrocketing. We are waiting for some hot weather to lay out around our pool. It was 79 this afternoon and supposed to be mid 70's this weekend. Rain moving in again on Wednesday.

I have a class A CDL and can't afford speeding tickets plus my age causes me to drive only a few MPH's above the posted speed limit
