I hope they don't increase the cost of them also. That would be bad in today's economy.
I am going to make it to atleast one day of the pro-am.

I don't think we'll see the ballast system until 10' or 11' IF at all. I know we WILL NOT see it in 09'. At least not early 09'. The PCM engines are already available, but for now so are MP's until Tige's stock of them is gone. The new tower is for sure a go, and will be standard... there will be a downgraded tower available for the Z1's but that's it.

For now that's all I know! Guess we'll know more in 10 days or so.
Being a major OU fan and a staunch conservative.... I am perpetually vexed w/ the conundrum of who to hate more. Obama or the Univ. of Saxet.

I dislike snapout carpet. IMO you either get carpet or not.

I have slipped and have fallen a few times with boot butter on my feet and sliding off sundeck to floor to keep feet off seats and my kiester attempted to craack the fiberglass floor

Offer Carpet or Fiberglass floor and no snap. I don't want to clean the grunge under the removable grungable carpet.

What else do you think that Tige will step up and put into the boats? I have heard that Tige is doing an overhaul of the boat models.
We may see the aged 20V disappear finally and the Z1 will take its position. The 09's are coming and because of the lousy spring I finally get to use my new 2007 20V Saturday on Bullshoals.

            How is your leash?

No, the 20v follows a small nitch that is needed by tige to compete with the other 20 foot boats on the market. IMO, they need to revamp that boat and make it look a lot bigger inside than they are doing now.

The RZ2 is 3 hours away from it 20 hour service. Will be performed in 2-3 weeks.

It fits a lot of lakes with size limits. I doubt it will go a way, but a new 20'r or a make over of the current 20V is needed IMO.

You both are right a 20' is needed. I would not have a Tige if there was no 20' model. As you know I have to be under 21' to get in garage and that is where I have to store or on a public storage lot and I dd not want 19' or smaller again.

It could use a bigger bow area and the beam of a Z1, IMO the revamp could make the sunpad in back smaller in depth and give some of that to the bow and add a filler cushion for the bow. That is something we will miss over my last boat. Adults could stretch out in bow and you could put in filler.

Dual buckets also would be nice in the 20 footer. 9 people in it is going to be wall to wall and if I could have twin buckets then I would sacrifice a passenger or two.

Tige could keep the same beam but stretch the top part out a little bit more. They probably could put a sticker that says 10 then. I am sure the RZ's have done that since both models have come from the Ve's hulls but have added 1 more person on both RZ models. I feel that I have more width on the RZ2 than I do on the 24Ve. I do notice the length is shorter on the RZ2 but definitely not a deal breaker.

You can guarantee the price is going up. PCM motors =more money.

Do the PCM's have that great of a performance advantage or is it like Indmar and youre buying the name and a few niceties?

                          ps: Matt download area.

Personally, I would like a walkway across the back of the 20v. I cringe when my rude friends run up it with shoes on....
                            -cleats in the bow
                            - an integrated ballast/speedset with memory (like the Malibus)
                            - a kegerator option-- with the price of gas who is gonna pull anybody-- just use the boat as a nice place to have a beer now
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

What is wrong with the current engines?? It does not seem that there have been too many issues with them?
