Sweet looking boat! Is that the Factory ballast or TWS ballast? If it is the TWS do you have any pics. You will really appreciate the Tige ride when you take a trip on a Saturday to the Sandbar in the gorge.

For wakeboarding I was riding at 26-27mph rope at 70' taps at 5 or 6 and it was like learning all over again.

Either the speedos in my old boat were way off or you have to ride that fast for a decent wake.
Nice setup! Who did the ballast system was that a custom install? 26-27 is really fast, that has to be off.

Here is my ballast setup on my RZ2, 22.8mph, Taps at 5, line length is 75ft. total ballast is about 2000 - 2100 lbs with 3 adults and 3 kids.

It totally seems like something was off, because any slower than that the wake would totally wash out.

Like everyone says it will depend on the conditions and I still have a lot of dialing in to do.

                COACH,

TWS did the ballast system. I dont have any pics of it, but I can tell you that there are 600lb sacs in each locker and I lose no room. I had vests, wakeskates & coolers back there with the ballast full.

That is one of the main reasons why I went with them instead of the factory ballast and losing all that storage space.

Definitely worth it & it drains and empties so fast. TWS does a great job.

                        I'm the same way

You might need to add more # in the bow to clean up the wake at 23mph.

I'm going to laughlin this weekend to truly see what my new ballast can do.

                              jeffe,,,,,,,,

at slower speeds with a v drive you really need to add a ton of weight to the front of the boat.

for wakeboarding: try filling up all the ballast in to front and only 1/2 in the rear.

remember v-drives need 60% weight in front 40% in rear

fro wakeskating i would only fill the front and leave the rear empty!

lead bags in the front will help alot also!
