    Did everything on my own except the vinyl. My friend has an upholstery shop. The treadplate is just connected with stainless 1/4" bolts. It took 9 weeks to do the whole boat. It even went as far as engine work and major buffing on the gelcoat. Here's a couple of more pictures.

        I would like more info on how you redid your dash. I am going to redo mine in carbon fiber and kevlar resin this winter if I still have it.

              Awsome!!! I dont think ive seen that big of a makeover on something thats only 8 years old. Good job though. Like the interrior.

                  Looks great. I really like that vinyl too. It reminds me of the vinyl I saw in an X2 a few years ago.

                    I did the buffing with a Dewalt angle grinder and buffing pads, there was 3 different polishes I used from Detailking.com, one heavy grit, one medium grit and then a finish polish. The dash was done with ALOT of elbow grease and Mothers Back to Black. I appreciate all the comments, only you guys would understand the work and desire involved.
