    thanks to mother nature

I recently travel to lake Norman over the memorial day holiday. Well that morning it started raining as soon as i got my boat in the water. and when i was trying to get over to dock to load the crew the wind threw my a$$ end in to dock. Now i have a gash, the gelcoat was broken and went down into the fiberglass. If any one knows of a good repair shop near lake wylie that is good quick and fast. I would like to try and get it fixed before the reunion.

I will post some pictures of it in a few days

What's your Tige' look like and which launch site were you using. I am on Norman every weekend. Red, white 2001 21V Black and red Bimini with Disco ball on tower. Weather was nasty Saturday morning mt crew was bundled up as if it was November. Then in got pretty nice Saturday afternoon.

Sorry to hear that, hope you can get it fixed.

We were out Sunday and Monday. I had a full wetsuit on and it was cold getting in. Wasn't to bad after you got wet.

Where do you guys ride? We are up above hwy150 north and the 2nd right out where Skippers use to be. I have some friend that have a house down there. I have a tan and blue boat w/ a tan and dark red bimini. I still have the old Metcraft tower w/ Tige speakers on it.

            TRD,

We usually ride behind Gov Island. Its usually good water. Sometimes we hit Westport Cove, or Davidson Beach Cove acrossed from Stutt's Marina. I usually put in on the Westside at Beatties Ford Access Area, besides we usually go tie-up at The Sandbar for a few frosty pops and if the water sucks.

Ok, I will keep that in mind when we are down there.

The last time I was down that way I took a wave over my TOWER. That was unreal. Everybody in the boat got soaked. I wasn't driving and my wife was in the back seat, the expression on her face told me something was happening. After we got out of the waves we laughed and went back up to find calmer waters. I have the droop snoot boat anyway, so water over the bow is normal but that had to be the best one so far. LOL
