Good deals are to be had after peak season. I booked 10/15 and got a house boat that normally runs 5500 for 4500 with 300 in fuel credit.

There is nothing better than being out in the middle of Padre Bay using your REI biodegradable soap and your boat shower to clean off.

Quoting myself, because I am an idiot. I got the houseboat for 3500, not 4500. It was 2,000 less by doing it later in the season.

Must have been some park ranger with nothing better to do because nobody was out wakesurfing yet.
