    "Michael Cook's 20i"

I was playing around on Monster Tower's site trying to find pictures of the MT2 on a 20i. I found a picture titled "Michael Cook's 20i" featuring a beautiful red/white 20i, but the tower was mounted to the side of the boat instead of the top.

Does anyone know if Michael participates on this forum? I'm planning to do this install myself (perhaps) but I wasn't going to do it like that. I'd like to throw out a couple questions if we can find him.

Mine's mounted to the side as well. It has to do with the fact that there's not enough room in the gunwhales to secure the washers used for backing. I'd call Monster tower and they can give you the details about your particular boat.

Well I wonder how Tige' gets theirs on top (where the reinforcement is) and the monster has to go on the side (where the reinforcement isn't). Makes me go hmmm.

Ya know what? I've got a great dealer. I'm just going to have the dealer do it.

They'll put it on the side. The Tige tower is mounted a bit differently.

Mine fit the top fine. The side mount draws the width out some so you get a little wider look.

I just talked to my dealer, the tower is sitting on the shop floor right now. We're putting it on the top, he said it won't be a problem.
