Funny... Actually no... Going to Reno, NV for my god-son's birthday party. Staying off the lake because 1) the weather sucks and 2) other a-holes and idiots out there.

I Agree - See the article below. We went out the same night, but fortunately decided to a adjacent lake a little closer.

Man in hospital after boats collide on High Rock Lake

HIGH ROCK LAKE -- A Thomasville man remained in the hospital yesterday after two boats collided Wednesday night on High Rock Lake.

The collision happened about 6:50 p.m. in a bend of Flat Swamp Creek about a quarter-mile from the lake's Pebble Beach boat access, said Sgt. Tony Yon, the supervisor of the Davidson County Sheriff's Office's lake patrol.

Robert Todd Bohannon, 45, of Fairgrove Road in Thomasville was taken to Lexington Memorial Hospital and then to Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.

He was in fair condition yesterday, a hospital spokeswoman said.

The other driver, George Edward Hatfield, 36, of Denton was not injured.

A passenger, Jimmy McCarter, 51, of Salisbury was taken to Lexington Memorial Hospital and then released.

Yon said that the boats don't appear to have been speeding, and there was no alcohol on either boat. No charges have been filed, and the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission is investigating.

I see you're going for a new record. My guess is that you'll be selling the RZ2 in a couple of years and it won't even have reached it's 20 hour service interval

Of course, you'll be able to claim mint condition.

Nope, have owned it for a little less than 2 months and have put 13.5 hours on it already. Plus, I can't afford to do that... Costing way too much money to get out from underneath the 24Ve.
