    Surf's Up....Is 38,000#'s of Ballast Enough?

We've been trying to put this together for a month now and things finally fell into place yesterday.

Last night, we (the group from HQ Marine) took out a 52' Cruiser Yacht for a little surfing. And it was just AWESOME We knew the wake was going to be a monster, but never imagined how great it was going to be. We surfed at about 14.5 and the wake was as clean as most any inboard, but 6'-7' tall

Before anybody jumps on the "safety bandwagon" this boat is a twin diesel V-drive with side-swipe

We will definitely ride at the reunion.

Wife is doing good, thanks. She is still taking it easy on the wakeboard for a few more weeks. Thanks for asking.

Let me no, I'm not sure if I will be working Sat or not yet.

That is cool. Too bad you couldn't list that sucker over a bit and see what it would do to the wake.

                  Very cool.

The best wake was actually both trim tabs down, and both sides were clean and long. Next time we do it, we will take a 2nd line and do doubles.

Here in Texas, they Tanker surf all the time on the inter coastal waterway.
