Moki.... Which Eclipse's do you have?... the XA's????

If so, how's the midbass with that amp? When I demo'd them, the midbass seemed to fall a bit short. Something I think the Class D amps run into when trying to run full range. But the one I got to listen to, I didn't get to adjust anything myself. So it could have been the set-up.

Guys I went to Texas and met Tim and the group there. He talked to me about his thoughts of putting a sticker on the back of his boat that says GAME OVER. I just don't know what he is waiting for. Because if you pull up a long side of him that is exactly what the case will be. Game Over and I feel sorry for the person that attempts to out sound him. He has the system balanced so well and so clean. I am sure you can add more speakers and amps to attempt it but I think you would be wasting money. It is an amazing system.

Tim thanks for you time. I know you are very busy growing the business. I hope to grow with you guys.

What amp did you decide to roll with?

Did you change your mind on the MB8's? As a WetSounds dealer/installer, I'm curious how the 60's/80's combo would sound. I've been hesitant to recommend this combo, i'm worried the 80's will over power the 60's.

Cant wait to here your feedback.
I am using my current junk Clarion. I am waiting for WetSounds to see if they release an amp this summer so my whole system is WetSounds. The pro 80's simply put are MB8's with a pro 60 horn. So far they sound great. I can't wait to get them hooked up together. I am sure it will sound great. I will have them up and running in Vegas. I am also installing a XS 12 sub. and I have the XS650's all around the interior already. It is amazing how much better the system sounds already with just the change in speakers. As soon as I get a good amp with enough power to run everything it should sound great. I am trying to achieve a clean, clear and loud system. I don't care to blow everyone off the lake I just want to here the system when boarding or surfing. Plus I want to show with my boat that a good system can be built and purchased for a reasonable price.

I just can't wait for my pro 60's to go up beside the 80's. Need More Power hehehehe. J/K like I said though I just want it to be clean and clear. That is my goal. Here is a picture of the EQ for Talltigeguy to see where I put it.

Not sure you will need 60's. Those 80's rock the hizzle fo shizzle! What is that light setup you have between the 80's? Custom or can you buy that as a kit?? Looks awesome!

I think tall would be hitting his knees on that just about all of the time.

Thanks for posting the pic. I would like to mount it somewhere accessable from the main cabin area without reaching across the driver's long legs. (although depending on who is reaching, it might be a good experience )

So I am aiming at mounting it in the same spot on the left side, if I can fabricate a bracket that will hold it there. Or I may do what another tigeowner did and just mount it vertical against the wall.

I am still keen to doing a little bit of work and putting it right beneath the key. I am just afraid that I will destroy my dash and make it look retarded. Then it would be very difficult to make it look decent again. I have even thought of having the local shop do it. Just rambling.

And while I am rambling, I did check out the Eclipse website and their amps seem pretty cool. I am still looking for a 7 channel amp to run all the interior speakers and the sub with 500 Watts.
                                Be excellent to one another.
