garmin gps untis

I know this has been covered but didn't find anything on these 2 units. I am looking at 2 garmin units a (Nuvi 370 or 760). Here are the links to garmins website w/ the stats on them. Any comments would be appreciated because I do not own one now and don't know what is important.

Also we are going to the Grand Canyon and Lake Powell this summer, would a GPS unit would on the water? How can I check this before purchasing? I have looked at many others but for the price these 2 are what I am looking at.

Does anyone have any info on the FM service that they offer?

They were running a special last week, might still be in effect, for 1 year of the weather/radio/etc service for free.
