Sorry for catching on to this thread a little late. Dunner I am very proud of your lay out. All those ours on the phone letting you talk yourself through it paid off. That is the nice thing about this system. You can do it your self and lay it out nice. G-Money kind of took the plunge for everyone and got the first system. Now that three of the systems have been set up and installed they are getting cleaner and fine tuned.

I am sure that you will have no problem with the pumps pulling water where they are. 20" of head pressure you are not even close to that. I can't wait to here how it works out.

Thanks again Andrew. We are all very anxious to get behind the new wake.
I was surprised how easy the wiring was under the dash. I installed 3 20 amp in line fuse holders which were long enough to make it from the switch wire to the terminal block. Pumps work fine. I just need to verify rotation. I am leaving the final wiring at the pumps to be completed at the lake. I will check in Sunday night with a report.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I wanted to make in nice and roomy.

I'd wire them up before you go to the lake and take a 5/16 wrench with you so you can switch the pump direction at the pump (Just rotate the impeller housing 180 degrees). It literally takes about 2 minutes. Be sure to use xpjim's final diagram. I found that all three of my switches had the wires in the wrong place.

Actually, all you have to do is switch the wires connection next to the pump.

Thats why I have wire nuts on the pump wires. I already bench tested the pumps to see which end sucks, but you never know. I checked the switches and the lights work as well as the pumps run.
                Sounds like its lake time.

You are right, got home to late to post.
Everything worked great. Surf wake was huge and the wakeboard wake even better. My son landed his first tantrum and I jumped to new heights.
                    Observations:
                    Bags empty quicker than filling.
We were able to leave the main valve open all day with no drain down.
50 hose clamps and only one dripped.
One of the check valves cracked and was leaking so it will need to be replaced this weekend.
Check valves not needed in vents on the rear, but I might put one in on the front to get ALL water out of port side of the bag.
Quick disconnect fittings are a must. Made it very easy to remove front bag to dry out the front from broken check valve.
Boat accelerates slower with the additional weight and requires a few more RPM's to board at old speed.
Did not notice any real impact to Perfect Pass. It was able to maintain speeds for surfing and boarding.
Thanks again Andrew. Keep me up on any tweeks that are made to other systems. TD

Cool. I am glad it worked out. Just like anything new you have to work out a few bugs. Now we need pictures of the surf wave and wake boarding..

Daughter took the pics. Hope to have by the weekend. If not, I will get some. Really looking forward to this weekend with the "new" boat.
