Wow, you must have a thirsty crew.

I'm with you, I have the factory ballast hard tanks in the back and I haven't felt any strain with storage. When compared to a 22 without the tanks there is more room, but we haven't struggled at all with the room that is in there. And as far as the front V sac, thats about all you can get in there. If the sac wasn't up there I can't say that I would store anything up there as there really isn't that much room under the bow seats, maybe store some towels or a bag of chips.

This is the only boat we have done this too. It has been on the water since the end of 06. If I remember correctly we put one battery on each side for balance of weight. It did take alot of extra work and that is why we came up with our own system that works better and holds more weight.
