    Inland Surfer Questions

Today at BBB they have an 07 Inland Surfer Pink 4-Skim board for only $249. A couple of questions for everyone.

    1. Is this a good board for an entry level female?
    2. Would anyone else get a surf board for their wife as an aniversary gift?
    3. Is this a good price for this board?

    Thanks for your help guys.

CWB ride boards are a great started board. I have never road one yet but it is on its way to try out and see how it works out.

I gave the GF a wakeboard and rope for an anniversary gift. It went over okay but not what she was wanting. Just make sure she likes boating and boarding as much as you do and you should be golden. Unfortunately, I won't make that mistake again.

WOW! I was looking at that on BBB also and contemplating buying it for my wife for our 5 yr anniversary (Wednesday)!! Quite the coinkydink!! Think I'll go with something a lil more traditional though. I kinda want to make it to my 6th anniversary!

Thats a good price, but thats a squirly skim board. Not a surf style board. I have 3 girls that surf, and my 12 yr old son, and we won that exact skim, and only my son who is more advanced liked it, but he ended up liking the loogey better. That board is designed for 360s and spins and stuff, and even air, but not cruising. A good inland surfer board, that you can cruise, and also get to intermediate level and have a lot of fun is the blue lake. I know the pink is nice, but I am not sure that would be the right board.

The funny thing is, and will be, is that she doesn't have a ton of pink stuff. So I'm pretty much taking a big chance here with a board with all that pink.

Good luck with that and I hope she enjoys it.

I can't AFFORD to get married more than once.
I'm on 14 years now (@ only 34 y/o ) so I'm somewhat of an expert on poor gifts. She will NOT like the wakeboard unless she asked for it!!! Trust me. I've learned the hard way...the new washer/dryer for the anniversary didn't go over so well lol Get her what she asks for and keep yourself happy.
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

One thing I have learned is that you don't get them applicances be it kitchen or laundry room. Last year I learned not to get her anything for the boat.

I guess we all live and learn.
