    RZ2 Purchase

Im looking to purchase an RZ2 which will be a major step up from my 01 Moomba . Im still in the shopping mode, but the wife really likes the RZ2 over many of the other boats we looked at, which is a big plus!

Coach has been a great help answering questions...anybody else out there have any comments, suggestions, etc.

    Thanks for the help

    1) You will get a much better performer from the RZ2 than the 24Ve.
    2) The RZ2 definitely turns a lot quicker and it's a little more agile in the water than the 24Ve.
    3) The wake is about the same size on both boats when in TAPS0 but when the TAPS plate is put into 8, the wake is about 6 inches taller (the Convex V hull and TAPS are what make the wake).
    4) The 24Ve fits 1 more person than the RZ2 does.
    5) IMO, the layout is the same but the storage layout/design in the RZ2 definitely is better in then the 24Ve.

Those are a little difference between the 24Ve and the RZ2. IMO, you are getting a great bang for your buck with the RZ2 IMO. Which year are you looking at purchasing?

Side note: My local dealer, from my understanding, still has some 2007 RZ2's that they are discounting. Not that long of a trip to NorCal from SoCal to get a great deal.

Demo the RZ 2. It will answer any questions that you might have. Good luck.
Indecision may or may not be my problem

If you haven't already, call Tige Watersports in Corona. They'll be happy to talk to you about and schedule a demo. I've had ours since November '06. Usually take it to the Colorado river. Have about 10 to 15 people on it at all times. Working out very well. Nice boat.

If I had a bigger garage I would have bought an RZ2 vs. my 20V but I am real happy with the sports car boat. I usually have a max of 6 on board plus 3 Labradors.

                  Jeffe,
Whatever you do Shop various TIGE dealers before you buy. You will be surprised at the difference in prices......

                      Wet Sand,

where on the Colorado River do you go? Were always out there as well, just above Needles.

I've been in and ridden Matt G.'s RZ2 and it is awesome.
Handles well, plenty of room and a sweet wake.

Jeffe - we've been to Avi a few times, water level never consistent, sometimes can't put in until afternoon. Havasu a few times, Parker a few, but mostly above Blythe.
