Nice looking boat, now you just need some matching rims for the jeep and you will be set.
You should be just fine pulling a 24 with a Hemi. I've pulled a 29 ft Sea Ray with a Tahoe no problem and your jeep should have more power.
I don't think it is a question of power or even towing capacity of Jeep Grand Cherokee but a concern of the wheelbase and how stable it is with that long and heavy a load. If I am not mistaken, the 4x4 Jeep will tow 5000lbs + with the 4.7 litre. FacePlant's Jeep GC has the Hemi which is bigger with a lot more hp than the 4.7 litre.
I pull 3800lbs+ with mine but for long trips in the hills out comes the Expedition because it has a wider wheelbase as well as longer wheelbase thus it is more stable in crosswinds at 65mph+
Thanks guys! I think I am going to have to add 2 Pro 60's to the tower to offset the hugeness of those 80's though. Looks half ridiculous with those huge cones hangin up there....
Nice looking boat! You are in MD? Where do you ride?
Thanks! Boat stays on Lake Anna in Va for the most part. I have a close friend who lets me keep it on his second lift, so it's nice and easy for me to just lower it and go.......

Take a look at the MB-8s. They would give you better mid-range response and complement the Pro 80s pretty well.
