    Just got them in from ebay 20 pcs 12v dc 20 cm pre wired 5mm blue led these things are bright i was scared to hook up strait to 12v but little aaa battery would not fire it up so got battery charger and it had a glow so now the part were i got to install them.

      What was the Ebay item #. They may or may not have a built in current limiting resistor. It is possible that the ebay info may point me in the right direction to determine this for you. Without current limiting it is possible to burn them out when hooked straight to 12vdc supply

          it's under 12v neon lights go to page 6 look for a light that looks like a bow tie and click it then look at store they have every color

            I doubt that these LED strips need a current limiting resistor. I would susoect based on what they are that they don't need one. From your original post I thought you had bought 20 individual pre-wired LED's. Does not seem to be the case.

              yes they are seperite i just could not find the # on ebay if you go in to the store you will see sh!t loads of blue green white red neon that are single that come in 10 20 50 lights at 5mm 10mm i'll try to take pictures of them.

                  I ordered about 1000 individual lights and soldered them together with resistors. It's really easy to do and WAY cheaper.
                  Here's an example of the resin casted light sheet w/ 60 leds I installed under the platform.
