    RE: Purchasing new Tige'

Can anyone recommend a good, honest and fair Tige' dealer in the Northern Bay area, anywhere from San Jose ca, to Nevada?

Also, how and what are some of the things to negotiate with the dealers when purchasing a Tige'....(i've never purchased a boat before)
any web sites I can go to to look up dealer invoices like you do with cars? Are Tige's negotiable?etc.

Looking to purchase at the boat show in Reno Nevada, just want to be prepared. Thanks L

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

See Ryan @ Cutom Boat and Marine in Reno, he has some 04's to get rid of.
I'm on a boat man. I got my flippy floppies....

I do not know of a dealer up there. Yes, everything is negotiable. If they have any 04 stock left, they should be willing to deal.

I can recommend Mike Warn @ San Ramon Boat Center in San Ramon. I purchased my 04 22v from them right after the boat show. Nice guy, Honest and sincere. Its a family run dealership and it seems like everyones on the same page to try and please the customer.

I have a place in Auburn (Cool, Ca to be exact),, and would still drop down to Corona and buy from Tige' of Corona.

Talk to Daniel, and believe what he recomends. They know what they are talking about. The only boat dealer of ANY brand where they completely know their product.

They don't try to sell you anything to run up the tab.

          Plus:

They won't sell you anything you don't need. They were several thousands $$ less than other dealers (worth it along to go there),, and your Tige' warranty is good at any dealer.

Your Powertrain warranty is good any authorized place too.

If they can make an unreasonable jackass like me happy,, then it's proof positive you're in good hands with them.

Plus: Go out and take the demo ride and learn completely how the boat handels. Listen and learn and you'll be even more happy with your purchase.

If it's not too far for you, go to Boats of Nevada in Las Vegas. Matt Dettman will be very reasonable for you. I am almost finished buying my second boat from him.

The only Tige dealership I have ever had any interaction with is the new dealer located in Discovery Bay, who just got the dealership towards the end of last year.

When checking out dealerships, ask for customer references and be sure to get a look at their service department, just like you would at a car dealership. Meet the service manager and customer service people as you will be dealing with them much more than the salespeople once you have made a purchase. I have found that at most car dealerships, the cleanliness and atmosphere of the service department will tell me more about the dealership than any amount of sales talk.

Sorry I don't have any recommendations for you.
