you could probably make it work if you had a buddy with a helicopter to follow you around with a massive spot light.

Typically we have only done this on pretty secluded lakes or private lakes and with a pretty full moon.
its deff illegal but how many illegal stuff we do everyday (speeding,no seat-belt,etc) but i know i would have to be extremely safe and smart about i was just trying to see if the ppl who do/done it had any tips with it and any advice about lights....

Here are some shots of night boating from last summer. This is from Salmon Arm campground, we camp here for a week every year. Boat stays in the water all week.

I guess thats not what I think of when I think of "night" riding. That looks to me like "dusk" riding. In MN, we have 30 mins after dusk. So essentially if you can't see, you can't ride. Great lookin water too!!

that red bull black out is on my lake! spenchey has a few pictures of the mastercraft they used. we have thought about it there is a section we call the narrows where nobody ever goes and we would surf with tower lights on but we'll have to see.

It seems to me that this thread is a rehash of one we had in January or Feb. Probably will have the same split outcome.

Me I am not a fan of night boarding nor pre-dawn riding.

We have had a couple of deaths over the years on our lake in post dusk and pre-dawn riding. The kids fell in a traffic area near shore and were run over before the tow boat could get back.
