    Peeling!

My decal by the gas vent peeled off while in storage.

Bummer! Was your gas topped off when you took to storage? Gas is a good solvent and not glue would stand the constant gas over it.

Did the boat put that hole on the wall?

Yeah, it was topped off. There were streaks going down the gelcoat from the vent. New decals are on order.

We put our boat in the garage diagonally..

I would say gas helped that along also.

Yeah, I had gas come out of the vent after we had a couple cool nights last year but instead of going straight down the side it traveled around the rubrail like a gutter and dripped down the transom and ate the tige sticker off the back.

had that same thing happen to me last year. You can wet sand the gel coat to get the stains out

Never store your boat full of gas.
As the temperature changes, the gas will expand and contract. This will cause it to over flow through the vent.
(Older boats did not have a vent, so you could top them off.)

I fill my tank and add STAB to the gas, and then drive it for about 1 hour at the end of each season. (This way I have used about 6 gallons to allow room for expansion)
This has worked out well for me so far.

Thats usually what we do, add stabil run it change oil, and fog the carb, but this year due to weather and no time we didnt change the oil so we never ran it except for when we fogged the carb. The lightbulb just went on

KKO, I can't remember which rubrail you have, but on mine I used some of the black streak remover from west and it brightened it back up.

Yep. Same here when I first got the 24V. Placed it in the storage shed full. Went to Hawaii and when I returned decal peeled off and nice yellow stripe in gelcoat. Lucky dealer had one and they replaced for free
                        Let it be!!!
