    DOH!

Launched the new 20V for the first time on Saturday morning. We just joined a new private lake this year and this was the first time we've been on the water. The wife was driving the boat off the trailer and about 10 ft behind the trailer found a spot that apparently needs to be avoided. That would have been nice to know!
Hit the prop on a "heaved" section of the ramp, curling up three of the four blades. Not exactly the start we were hoping for. This is my 4th boat, in 15+ years of boating I've never bent a prop...----guess I can't say that anymore.

But hey Sh*t happens, I'm not writing this to cry about my misfortune, but rather to scream at the top of my lungs about how wonderful my Tige dealer is!!!
I called Bill @ WWS in Denver on his cell phone at 9:15 in the morning on a Saturday, he grabbed a new prop and a puller and met us 45 mins away from his shop, so we could get back on the water. Unbelievable, now that's customer service!!!

I'm also happy to report that we were fortunate enough to avoid any other damage, and the boat is running great.

Thanks WWS, you have a customer for life!

Don't worry, I did the same to my prop last year on the first outing.

Nice! Bill is the man, I seriously don't think you could get better customer service from anyone in any industry than what Bill and the WWS crew deliver!

I second the "what private lake were you on" question.

I think that's why there are so many Tige owners in Colorado. WWS is the Best! So besides the rough start how did the day turn out? Do you like the private lake?

It went pretty well. Gonna take a little time to get my "driver" adjusted to the new boat

Wish the lake was a little bigger, but don't we all?

Can't wait till the water warms up (was 52), boarding in a drysuit SUCKS!

And they say that size dosen't matter. I'm good for a prop a year. I not too bright
Indecision may or may not be my problem

We did the exact same thing last year to our new 20v. Glad you got back on the H2O quickly.

                        Boarding in a drysuit ROCKS!!

When you consider the alternative of enduring eternal shrinkage due to water that cold vs. not going at all.
                        Be excellent to one another.

That's awesome about the service...glad it didn't turn into anything too serious.

Good reason to carry a spare. They are worth every penny especially the farther you are away from home area.

One of the first recommendations to any new boat owner...buy a spare prop. We have saved more than one outing by having one. Had one with every boat I have owned. 1 Lab is right, worth every penny. My Acme prop is the greatest.
