    Tige' Company Help?

How come A while back when calling Tige', they were all over providing help and info? Now they just refer you to the closest dealer, Which for me "Tri Valley Marine" does not answer there phone or open for buisness most days. With dealers closing and gas as expensive as it is,( cant drive across Californina) I would hope Tige' could learn to be more friendly. What happened to Andrew?

The new customer service guy at Tige is named Lee, I know Harvey is still there as well so I would venture to say if you called and asked for one of them you should get some help. Patience is definitely a virtue with a boat, which it seems like you have been, some people get fired up immediately and it just doesn't help.

Andrew moved on to other endeavors is my understanding. I call and talk to Harvey. He is great and always helps me. I am sure with the Economy and other factors they are cutting back.

I know that they are also trying to support there dealers a little more and steer the business to them. Which is understandable. I sure do wish that the dealers just were not so crazy on pricing. I tried to buy some rubber Matt's for my swim deck and the dealer wanted $125.00 each for those Matt's. I went to a local rubber supply company here in town and purchased the same style rubber Matt in big squares for $50.00 for both. I just had to cut it to fit. That was a savings of $200.00. I know that TIGE' does not have that much profit in stuff.
