stoddark - I told my wife about the hotel situation, and she said she's not camping. We need to do some research and find out where to stay. Are you a camper, or a lodger? Do you know of any decent/clean places to stay up there?

We are campers, no 5th wheel yet. We have a place that is close to Sandy Beach but is a little farther. The Rangers and other people don't go to that area, so we get left alone.
There are cabins at the Marina that are nice. http://www.hallsglendomarina.com/
Check as soon as possible for openings.
The place we stay is just a couple minutes on the water from them.

Glendo For Sure
We hit Glendo about 3-4 times a year. Always have a great time! Always find nice water! One of our favorite trips besides the yearly jont to Powell. Although we have always camped.
We did Pueblo last year, wasn't too impressed. Could have been the weather there though. It was just packed and we had a hard time finding nice water. The kind of packed where we didn't want to let people get behind the boat most of the day.
Been to Semino and Grey Rock also but i would still vote for Glendo. You have to make it before the 4th of July. After that they really start draining it quick.
Going to try and hit Navajo lake this year. Looks to be pretty good size and terrain much like powell, but in a much smaller way.Top Heavy

Timmy - I stole your idea (kinda). I was at Tommy's swap yesterday, and ended up buying a used Tsunami pump with some tubing for $25 to keep in my boat for emergancies. I hope I never end up in that situation, but if I do, the $25 will be cheap insurance.
Stoddark - Memorial day won't work for us. We did end up renting 4 rooms in the the Bed/Breakfast for mid June. If anyone else is going to be up there in Mid June, please let me know.
