Trouble with Westmar insurance: Any good agencies you can recomend?

I would suggest getting the agreed value policy on your boat if it totals then there is no fuss on what it is worth. this policy also comes w/disappearing deductible for each year w/o loss it decreases by 25%.

I called Dawna Meyer at aquapac/westmar and got the policy written in about 10 minutes.

Check this out compaired to AAA:

Full replacement cost for our 22i: (AAA is just agreed value of loss).

5 times more coverage on the liability

10 to 100 times more coverage on the other 6 insurance items uninsured boater/physical/trailer ect.

For $100 less per year than AAA.
And, the AAA policy had a Oct thru April exclusion of boat use clause.

Wake, we have nothing but great service from Westmar. It was very odd that they were not calling you back and almost all the shops here in the CA Central Valley use them to insure boat owners. Glad to hear that it worked out for you.

I use westmar, as Tige Water sports in there repair center in my area.
( No adjuster needed)

Ditto- Thats what we got and they beat State Farm by 30%. We have been with State Farm for 20 + years and they have all our insurance except the boat and the motorhome.

I have AAA on the house , cars and boat. They have been great with claims I had and really helped out.....
