    Finally!!!!

    I finally got my boat back, 5 months and 7 days later. Kent, the service manager at The Slalom Shop in Lewisville, TX really stepped up to the plate. When I asked what took so long, he stepped up and admitted that the service department just dropped the ball and was totally apologetic about it. Kudos to him for the admittance. As well, I didn't have to pay for the winterization, 20 hour check up, and the summerization. Don't know how much that is all worth but its not as much as Kent apologizing and admitting they dropped the ball. Very classy in my book!!!!! I'm taking it out to Lake Lavon Saturday for a test run and make sure everything got fixed. I'll take some pictures so everyone can see what its like to get a new boat twice!!! I bought it in July and gave to the Slalom shop in Nov., so now its just like I'm getting another new boat.........

    20 hour service = $450

    Not sure about the other stuff but I am sure it is <$200 each.

    The service department just made a customer for life from you. Great new...

        In the end, Tige makes it right. A long wait, yes, but it will be worth it this summer. Enjoy it.

          my 20 hr service was $230.....Guess everything is more expensive in cali

              What part of allen are you in? I'm by jupiter and bethany. Where are you storing your boat?

                I store my boat at my house in the driveway, I added an extra spot for it. I just live right around the corner from you. I live 4 streets east of Jupiter off of Bethany. lol Small world!!

                    Glad to hear it all worked out, most importantly you are feeling better about it. Now go take her out and put some hours on her.
                    I don't want to go to work, take me wake surfing instead!
