The ballast system is almost complete now. I am waiting to receive the sacks' fitting from Andrew. Got all the wiring and hose complete. I just need a couple of hours tomorrow to finish covering the wires and put the boat back together.

I might take a trip to the lake tomorrow to test it out and make sure I have no leaks.

I would think that you would use them entirely..

But again, are you sure (110%) that it was the dealer that didn't do the work???? Just asking....

No, my gut feeling is that something got left on and ran the battery down. Once it got cold, it killed the battery.

When you get everything back together, run the engine, use a DVOM and check for Alt charge voltage on the new battery just to make sure all the wiring and Iso is ok.

I guess one battery is 100% dedicated to the engine and that one was working just fine.

I took to AutoZone and the battery won't even take a charge.

What the crap! The boat is 9 months old, and 5 of those months the boat was in storage with the battery switch off.
