I am very concerned about this.... Is Tige going Cheap on the hull?

Did Lunchbox ever post pic of the hull after the boat sunk? did he see it?

Maybe because they have never had a claim with they hull warranty, Pigeon thought he cold save some coin..

    I am pissed!

EKS- Are you going to question Tige on this?

I don't want to go on a rant here, or over react.... but I was sold on the thickness of the hulls and the safety it was to provide for my family if we ever did take a hit.

I had to go buy different (smaller) screws for the through hull, because the original screw was 1" long would have gone through the hull.

I just hope the 1/4 inch thick hull can hold the stress of the ballast manifold

This could explain how Lunchbox's 20v sank so easily - if it was the thicker piece like you have shown here, it would have taken a lot more to rip the hull out of the bottom with the tracking fins like it did.

Now I wonder about my hull, Part of the reason I bought a Tige was because of the thick hull. My dealer had a piece from the bottom of a BU and a piece from a Tige ( maybe a old boat HAHA) that was 3 times as thick as the BU.
On the side where I drilled the vents the thickness was what I expected.

The third we couldn't quite get out the front because someone had been upside down and dumped a bunch of oil in the bottom and we couldn't get tires to grip. It was a great day, now off for chow and back home tomorrow. Then I hope to hook up with EKS and see the ballast in action. Sorry to be

That thing rocks. I like how you can see couple wheels off the ground.
