tige posters

Does anyone know where I can get or order some tige boat posters? I have a 98 2100wt. I am in Iraq as a civilian contractor so I can buy a an 09 22ve when I return. I want some posters as motivation for being away from my wife and kids and missing this summer on the lake with them. Wanting some posters to hang up to remind me why I am out her. Any info will help guys.

out of curiosity... the only reason you're in Iraq (i.e. away from your family, putting yourself in danger, etc.) is so that you can buy a boat? Sorry if I'm missing something, but I think I'd rather spend time with my loved ones and not run the risk of my kids not growing up without a father (if I had any), than risk it all for a depreciating asset.

I'm hoping I missed something here...

I think your reading into his post more than most. I got, from his post, that he's in Iraq as a civilian contractor and (I know what those boys are making these days) with the generous proceeds that he will be receiving that an 09 Tige is in his future. ie....A little motivation for being away from his family will go a long way. When I pull the all to frequent 20hr work days, or 10 days of straight travel, I don't think about paying off my wifes Nordstroms card, or how I can send my kids to a better private school. No way son, I think about that new xr400 or Audi A5 that I would like to see in my driveway....

BTW, check Ebay for Tige posters/banners or go to your local dealer.

Sparky I agree with you. I doubt he went to IRAQ so he could buy a boat but instead went there like many others to earn a living albeit a nice one but sad one at the same time.

No is not the only reason I am over here. I am over hear to pay off my wife's student loans, pay off the truck and car, and put a good start into my kids college funds. That way when I get back, I have no bills, and can afford the payments of a NEW boat. And it's not as bad as you think. I spent 2 tours over here with the Marines when I was in. Civilians get treated like gold around here. I am in no danger, I have my own room and cell phone to call my wife and kids anytime I please. Plus, I got to take my first ride on a Blackhawk the other day. Having said that, the boat is a big reason I am out here. Aside from all the usuall crap, buying a boat was the best money I ever spent. Something the whole family enjoys, the time has come to upgrade.

Thats very admirable... I wish you the best! Maybe you could start stockpiling 87-octane while you're there. With gas prices in the 3.50/gal range here, it might be cheaper to ship some back here when you're done! I understand its hovering around 60 cents/gallon there?
