    how long?

How deep does your garage need to be to hold a 20V? Just bought a 2007 20v and would like to park it in the garage. The trailer is a DHM w/ folding tongue being delivered nxt wk.

I would look into the height of the garage door. I know that the larger models require a 7'6" height but not sure about the required height for the 20v.

You can fit that boat into a garage with a 7 foot opening. 22 feet deep. Any smaller and I don't think you will fit it.

That is the size my 20V is sitting in right now.

        Thanks for the replies.

So is that with the platform on and tower down? Will I need to take the platform off to fit it at 22ft? Is taking a stock tower down difficult?

I'm sorry. I forgot to tell you that the platform needs to come off. Unless you can angle it just right.

We keep our 07 20v in the garage at the cabin but can not remember the exact measurements of the garage door. It is a standard single car garage door. I have 6 inches of room on both sides and the top. This is with the bumper poles removed, the tower folded down and the swim platform off. Our garage is 21 feet deep. We also have a swing away tongue. I do not have to do anything with the taps plate. It is tight but it stays out of the snow. Enclosed is a couple of pics-hope this helps.

Thanks. And thanks bibbs for the pics.

We get to horestooth for one or two days a year. Love the lake, but unless your very early or late it seems very busy. The ramp last time was a zoo. Tho we've still found some calm water unless the wind picks up. How bout you all?

g-man - I normally hit Sloans, there are also several people on this board to have passes to Stanley's. If you only get to horsetooth 2 days a year, where else do you take your boat?

Usually hit up boulder with the mud and all, sometimes carter, glendo, and some of the plains lakes. Throw in a week at Powel and you've got a season. Seem to be getting shorter even with global warming
