Zebra mussel protection at Standley Lake

Effective immediately, there are new procedures for recreation on Standley Lake to prevent the introduction of destructive aquatic invasive species identified as zebra mussels into Standley Lake, the primary drinking water supply for over a quarter of a million residents in Westminster, Thornton and Northglenn.

Thank you for the post-I would have been really bummed out May 1st for the traditional opening day "no wet/dry suits allowed regardless....." feast had it not been for this post!! I'll get it up there ASAP to get it inspected. How about if we can prove dry storage all winter at the Tige dealership? Heard anything about that?

Losing 5 days for our 4th of July at Powell will suck too but I guess it makes sense....
