77 Checkmate: 175 OB. Great barefoot boat.
95 MasterCraft, Maristar 200VRS. Good all around boat: barefoot, slalom and pole wakeboarder after installing a Perfect Pass.
03 Tige' 22V. Bigger is better for wakeboarding. More room / comfort. Wakes are a little rough for barefoot & slolom. But we are boarders.

1970 Tahiti jet, 455 Olds, 18' - not mine, a good friends, I learned to ski behind it in 1971, many good trips - no "wakeboards" back then
      1975 Cobalt, tri-hull, 302 Ford, 18', I/O - got it for 4k in 1998, raised our 3 kids behind it - skis, tubes, kneeboards
2000 Tige 21V - my friend moved up to a new 2004 Malibu VLX and in 2006 we got our Tige - incredible power and room

This thread is worthless without pics,

lets get some pics of those old vessels. I had a 03 19' Stingray prior to the 07 22Ve. It was an awesome boat, at times I wish I still had it, most of those times are when I pull up to fill up with gas. That boat was phenominal on gas, I added a custom made wakeboard tower, put about 225 hours on it and it just got to a point that it just wasn't doing the job to progress with wakeboarding, It was a great boat, no problems at all. So I eventually made the plunge and bought the tige', I had always wanted a competition type inboard boat and I finally got one, much larger and much nicer boat, oh and by the way, much thirstier too! See old and new.

1987 Bayliner 20' Ldrive, 1999 1750 3.0 with about 1300 hours if not more to a 24v just bought last summer. SOld the bayliner for 10,000 last year and paid 17000 for it. I would say not bad. Loving the Tige though. Been wanting one for a long time.

Started with 1995 20ft Chris Craft put 1350hrs on 5.0l ford , bought new 2001 pro air nautique after some issues and 380hrs, sold it and became a Tige dealer, and after 600 hard hours on my ski team boat Ive never looked back.

Two Polaris wave runners still have them. Then straight to the TIGE'. I am sure liking the looks of the new Malibu and Mastercrafts though. But I will never get rid of my TIGE' until I am ready to get rid of boats completely.
