Can you have too many racks on a tower?

Any known issues with adding a waterski rack and a wakesurf rack to the 22Ve tower? Looking at the monster tower equipment.

I'm looking to add one of each. I currently have two wakeboard racks, and of course plan to keep those attached.

The monster tower equipment is nice. The only problem with the waterski rack is that it is supposed to hold two skis, but only one will fit. They didn't make the center peice wide enough to fit two slalom skis. I have a Connelly F1 and a Connelly Course and the fins are too big. I e-mailed monster tower about the problem and they stated that they were going to redesign them, but by the looks of the picture on the web site, they haven't yet.

I just had the monster ski rack installed on my boat. We have a Triumph, and a Venture (Comp Freeride). I hope they both fit.

I plan on testing this out this weekend. I am going to pick up my boat and take it home to see if I can get it into my garage. I will post results (hopfully I will remember). :-)

They must have redone it like they said they would. Good deal.

asn - is that a full boot or half boot on the back of the ski? Looks like the fork is on top of the boot.

For full boots, front and back, will the rack work?

Both skis have a RTP on them. I will take a ski back out there, and see if it will fit with 2 full boots and get back to you later today.

I checked it out, and it still works with 2 high wrap boots. The ski's aren't as centered on the rack, but it still works.

RE: the monster racks. I cant give these enough praise! high quality billet aluminim in some beefy racks. dont be afraid to torque them down... you really have to tighten them because the collars are kind of slick, which prevents them from digging into your tower.

asn - thanks for the extra effort in answering my last question. Appreciate the info. Just ordered a waterski rack and wakesurfer rack from monster tower.

MRMoffat1 - No problem at all. I have received a ton of help from this board, and wish I could help out more.
