Bought a 2100v this winter.

I've got a 5 & 7 year old who I'd like to get on a wakeboard. What size should I be looking for?

Do any of you have youth size board you'd like to sell?

I've been on a wakeboard a handful of times when I've been out with friends. When I bought my boat the seller threw in a Hyperlite. Before I can teach the young sprites, I need to get better myself.

Any recommendations on instructional DVD's? I'm not looking for x-games material, just the basics and a few tricks.

I have Detention and have found it to be very good as well. I also have THE BOOK and it is much more thorough, even including drills you can do to increase your skills. The Book costs a lot more as well.

I took my sister in laws' parents out on the boat. I got both of them up on a wakeboard. They watched the segment of Detention about how to get up and then went out and got up. I have it on my video Ipod. Not bad for a 62 years young lady!!!!!!!!!

The Book is the most complete instructional.

Detention is more entertaining to watch and really gives good instruction on the basics. A second edition should be coming out soon and will be pretty cool. I got to put my 2 cents into the editing process last summer. Some of the new footage is hilarious.

higher education is good, i havent seen the other vids tho so i cant compare it to those

Another vote for The Book. It will help anyone trying to learn, all the way to advanced tricks and boat driving.
We watch parts of it every time we are at the lake house. Going on our 3rd year with it.

My wife downloaded The Book for free somehow. I have no idea how, but the instructions work really well. We've had 100% success getting newbies up following thier directions. Staying up is another matter entirely....

Just bought a 5 Disc set on Amazon. This should keep my spirits up until the lake thaws.
