I learned how to surf behind a friend's boat last year and loved it.......we still had an I/O at that time. Our 22I puts off a pretty good looking surf wake w/out sacks, but I'm sure we'll probably want some weight. We haven't purchased a surfboard yet so haven't attempted w/out ballast.
You have a good looking boat!!!
If you're lucky enough to live on the lake, you're lucky enough.
Well, here is my 2006 22V. hopefully i will get some updated pics as we have just de-winterized it and will be taking it out this week (the wife wants to go before she has our first baby - Chase Aspen Trudelle due date May 5th, 2008).
Here's a more recent pic of mine: 06 22Ve, 340hp, tower of power w/6 cabin spkrs and sub and tower amp upgraded to a ZX650.4, Tige cruise, custom hull coloring, custom ballast. 200 hours and still going

here is my 96 2002 w/t I bought with no motor because it wasn't winterized and the block heads and intake were all split it had 263 hrs on it then and now has only another 68 hrs on it with new motor.
I finally picked up my 20V Today. Unbelivable it fit into the garage without having to use the drop down hitch. It's good since the darn hitch bent to hell when we backed up.
The boat jack also bent when we tried pushing the trailer into the garage by hand and had to go over a concrete edge.
Boat ran great on inspection run. Very happy. Couldn't tell there was wind chop and speed set works like a dream.
The dealer ( I won't name them) did a piss poor job prepping the boat. All they did was vacumn it. Interior vinyl is filthy and gelcoat needs waxing real bad. Sharkeye lens has chipped chrome plastic, hull had grease marks, Tige Logo has pinholes, did not sand platform before applying teak oil to name a few warranty issues. There's more
but
enough bitchin. Here are some pics of the Candy Corn boat
Overall the wife and I are happy campers with the 20V. It shocked me at 46mph. We feel like were riding in style in it
I will shoot some more pics tomorrow with a better camera.
haha, that boat is sweeeet, you wont miss it on the lake.
