It is grey or platinum. The dark lighting is probably causing the distortion.

Thomas Marine Propeller did my last prop for $170 and restored the prop back to Acme standards . They did a AWESOME job and I would go back again. I does seem a little more expensive than others have stated but it was the cheapest in town. Also, you should talk with SPBFan and see what he can do for you also.

This is a covered loss by insurance as long as you have coll coverage on your boat. You need to check the strut and have your shaft mic'd to see if it is bent. I am assuming you are calling the rudder a skeg it can be repaired or replaced depending on impact sustained. Same goes w/the prop. I would check the mount point of you strut and rudder for spider cracking of the fiber.
I would also check around the prop, sometimes the shaft will flex upon impact and cause the prop to damage the bottom of the boat.
My approx w/o fiber would be in the area of $2k for repairs.

yeah dont repalce prop just have it fixed or you could buy a new one and fix old as a spare if you thik this could be a common thing it does happen and its never bad to have a spare. prop repairs range on amount of damage to prop i have seen them from $75-$175 for the repair. shaft should be checked to make sure it did not get bent.
