      Thanks for the input but unfortunately when we go down to Tablerock or Bullshoals for a week or more the boat acts as a carryall to carry cooler and duffel bags plus some misc groceries, towels and blankets. So to kept water off the stuff we have towed with these types of covers for over 13 years with my FourWinns and never had issue with covers.

      Original set lasted 9 years before they wore out and next set still looked new after 4 years when I traded it in on the 20V. We have a full Expedition with some gear and daughters plus a few labs(4) and a little dauchsund so we carry what we can in boat making sure it is padded well with towels and throw cushions so it does not scuff or tear the vinyl. We used to put some stuff in the back hatch of the FourWinns and will do the same with the 20V.
