Thats awesome. The speakers in the bow look like Alpine. I was never a fan of the Clarion ones. The graphics are awesome. And the tower design is growing on me but for now its not my favorite. Looks great. Thanks Matt for getting the pictures out.

Are some of these pics pre production? Looks like the 22i still has the same dash as last year.

looks like the back compartment cover/ door on the 22i goes the full distance of the compartment.
I'm on a boat man. I got my flippy floppies....

Was getting ready to buy and '04 Riders when the dealer got a shipment of '05s, going to water test a 24v Limitted on Saturday and I will probably buy it. Can't wait, will be my first boat! The interior cushions are nice on the '05s for sure.

That did it - I am buying one

Tige and Malibu were fighting for my business and I have been struggling to make up my mind for the last month.

              22i - vs - 23XTi

I think the tower on the 05 is great, and the fiberglass swim platform, new tower design, and graphics sure make it compete better w/ Malibu.

              And price helps it win.

If the 05 that arrives at the dealer next week looks as good as these pictures my mind is made up. I still have to get the 23XTi in the water though. But the more I look into it the more Tige has my business...

This might help. When your pulling a skier behind a Tige you lose a maximum of 4 seats. When pulling behing the Malibu, you lose a Maximum of 8 seats and half the boat. If you're only wakeboarding, go V-Drive but thats a different story. The Tige wake and Malibu wake each unweighted, the Tige has better wakeboarding wake and then for skiing the Malibu wake is almost the same size 10 mph faster.

                    Fiberglass Swim Platform

In 05 all Tige boats have the option of a fiberglass swim platform instead of Teak - atleast that is what I have been told by the sales rep.

He said it was a $250 option - and one I want to get, I just don't want the maintenance of a Teak platform.

                      Platforms

I had the teak platform on my 21ir sprayed with a "Bullhide" truck bed liner coating and it is awesome. It is black to match my boat and no maintenance and has good traction in the water. It cost me about $100 to do it through my local Tige dealer.

That would not be a bad option (fiberglass platform) for $250, do they look like the one's they put on the Switch series ?

David, I also had my Tige dealer, probably the same one, do the same liner coating to my platform. Look up my gallery pictures of the boat and platform searching by user billspin. We love the coating.

Is the coating for grip or protection? I like the fiberglass platforms with the rubber grip on top and was wondering if this was anything similar to it?
