I try to ride my dirt bike as much as possible (which isn't enough). Jump rope and weights out in the garage next to my boat seem to have really helped my endurance.
Sounds like you need to change your name to beefcake!

I agree with DieselPWR. You've got to get that heart rate up, and like others said less calorie intake.

I'm not a runner, so it's Mountain Biking for me.

      Good luck!

A couple of weeks ago I started doing the P90X workout. So far it is kicking my but. It has all kinds of exercises that you can do in your home. Lots of pullups and pushups, it also does agility exercises and yoga. So I am hoping to be in great shape this season.

Well I am only two weeks into it, but I feel like my pants are getting a little looser and my muscles feel like they are getting a good workout. I'll be able to tell you better in a few weeks!

I actually bought the Ab Lounge and found it more useful in helping the lower back. It stretches it out real good and if you do 150 sit ups with it your ABS are burning good. Then I hit the tread mill for three miles who cares how long it takes. and then three sets of 30 push ups. But here is the best part I feel great but I am not loosing a pound from it. I have only gained weight. I think it is because I have not cut the most important thing BAD calories. Junk food.

I bet that was Alvie before he started hanging around the 'Bu Crew and getting involved in all sorts of unsavory activities. A few months later he looked like the guy on the back of this boat:
