I try to ride my dirt bike as much as possible (which isn't enough). Jump rope and weights out in the garage next to my boat seem to have really helped my endurance.

I actually bought the Ab Lounge and found it more useful in helping the lower back. It stretches it out real good and if you do 150 sit ups with it your ABS are burning good. Then I hit the tread mill for three miles who cares how long it takes. and then three sets of 30 push ups. But here is the best part I feel great but I am not loosing a pound from it. I have only gained weight. I think it is because I have not cut the most important thing BAD calories.
