I have green grass all summer in my front yard with sprinklers running. Then at the end of summer the whole state catches on fire and the guys that say don't cut down a tree get there houses all burned up.

Grass suks a big one anyhoo-- it's just that much more freakin work I gotta do that I don't want to do because it means I'm not doing something FUN like drinking a frosty beverage at the sand bar. I'd burn my grass if I could!!! Give me a front yard full of rocks- I'm definitely good with that!

I summerized my boat yesterday and it snowed today. I'm fairly pissed. Back in the garage it goes.

It's 2am here and it is snowing again in the Chicago suburbs. Snowed last week, again today and supposedly over the weekend. I might be able to get mine out of storage and take initial possesion of it in late April if I am lucky
I bought it in November and have seen it 4 times since to check out work I was having done. Bummer!

I just took out my water pump. I need to get a new housing. I also need rotor and plugs and cap and I think it will be ready to take out of the garage. We still have ice on our lake. But I did see the marina has some open water. Now if they would just open up so I can go down and drink beer on Fri-Sat.

Man that is tuff I would be going nuts if I had a new boat sitting all winter waiting to go. snowing here in utah today but was able to get out a few times last week and this week. Hopefully some of that global warming will make it your way.

Yep that is my lake, that I boat at 99% time. I live in Polk City. I am a mile from the marina.

I grew up in Ankeny and spent a lot of time on saylorville in the summer skiing and hanging out on the go fast boats down by the dam. now I share a place on Panorama with my family and rarely if ever get to any other lakes.
