I'm surprised Matt will allow you to keep that nake 24Ve on this website!!! he he he

That looks like a good price that you are selling the tower for. Have you attempted to put it on Craigslist yet?

The bimini and stock racks come with. The surf racks and speakers do not.

As far as fit, here are dimensions:

The front width is 73 ½ center to center on the front width. The rear width is 87 3/8, 93 ½ front - rear.

There is nothing wrong with this tower. I just got a new warehouse, and now have to take tower up and down a lot, and so went with a samson switchblade, better designed for that. It was purchased new on boat in may 2007.

I am not looking to profit, just want SOMETHING for it, if no one on this board wants it, I will put on craigslist/ebay.

Samson towers will handle shipping the tower direct, as they ship all of their other towers, so it will be professionally shipped.

Did I mention the bimini comes with it?

Guys make sure and call Harvey over at tige on your fitment. This won't fit older Tige's due to a change in the windshield.... at least according to Harvey.

It will probably only work on newer 22 and 24Ve's

I think that you could make it fit, but it would look retarded. I will take some measurements tonight if I get a chance. The Ve has a longer windshield, so the front to rear distance on the tower is more. A V model might look less appealing with the rear foot 24 inches from the back edge of the windshield. It would obviously require a new hole. Who knows if the fiberglass was built as thick back further on the older models?
                      Be excellent to one another.

Actually it changed on the VE's as well according to harvey. He said there was a change on the 07' VE's around April of last year, and depending on when Ragboy's VE was built, that will make the determination of what boats it will fit on.

On a sidenote... Ragboy, I might still take it to put on the new boat to help you out, as I backed away from going w/ the Z tower. I'm trying to find a place to dye the bimini Black (not really easy on sunbrella fabric) and if I can find someone then I'll get w/ you.

Its not sold yet, like I said, if I get $1500 from here, I will not put on craigslist or ebay.

Light bar MAY be included, not sure if it will fit on new tower. But you should consider that it only comes with stock racks, anything else would be gravy.

As far as fit, here are dimensions:

OK, I just got out from measuring my 2005 24V.

The front width is 74.5 inches, center to center
The rear width is 88.5 inches, center to center
The front to rear is 68 inches.

Honestly, I think that in a spread of that magnitude, 1 inch could be made up for quite easily without having to drill new front holes. Maybe you could do new holes, there is plenty of space to spread the front mounts. The impressive difference is the front to rear is 25 1/2 inches. In order for my boat to accomodate that tower, my rear feet would be that much further back. I am sure that it would look....retarded.

Now it is. I used it twice in the same thread. Did I say it already somewhere else today? My wife often reminds me of my limited vocabulary.
