It just throws that line in the middle, it still rides great and is actually better than my buddy's '06 Moomba with more ballast.

Just got finished waxing the bottom part of the boat. The dang black crap that came out of the engine stuck to the hull... Another coat goes on tonight.
Life is so much easier when you can clean your boat within an hour. But, that black crap took me an hour to remove by itself with the Babe's Water Spot Remover...

Okay, the RZ2 is working perfect now...
Here is some of the differences that I have notice behind a 24Ve compared to the RZ2.
Major difference are:
RZ2: Has 4 batteries (located behind the rear storage locker walls), tower speakers, 22 feet long, amps, appx weight: 4400 lbs, and sub are installed.
24Ve: Only one battery (located in normal Tige place) and appx weight 4370
The wake is bigger (appx 6 inches bigger) on the RZ2 and more rampy. The 24Ve was set at TAPS 4 and clean at 75 feet but the RZ2 TAPS at 8 was clean at 75 feet. Both speeds of 20 mph. The distance between the prop and the rudder is much closer on the RZ2 compared to he 24Ve but again, I have to measure this but from what I can see, this is the case and reason why the turning performance is FAR better than the 24Ve (I know, the length also plays a major role in this also). I have a friend that has a MB B-52 and he said that the wake is exactly like his with full ballasts.
Overall experience is that the RZ2 is a much better performance boat compared to the 24Ve. The difference is passenger capacity is 1 less. If I was looking for a boat again and trying to decided between the 24Ve and the RZ2, I would do the RZ2 hands down with some added weight in the rear storage compartments.

You can speed up to 11.2 to 11.6 with taps at 6 and you get a super long pocket but the height goes down considerably.

Ya, I would like to compair the wake to a full ballast RZ2. I am in with the wake right now and all my friends that have seen it like the RZ2 better right now. But again, I know that I could have done it with the 24Ve but having it on the RZ2 with the performance is awesome.
Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed the 24Ve but the performance on the RZ2 is a lot better IMO.
