For years, auto manufacturers have had warnings about the use of high ethanol level fuels, but at the same time, the have been increasing the tolerance to ethanol, by blending their rubber and plastic fuel system components to be more compatible.

So the newer cars should be fine, but at a 20%+ mix older cars may be damaged? Got a 65 stang that sits a lot.

I saw a sign this week from at a truck stop advertising 100% gas, now I know what that means.
