It isn't all that bad. I have a feeling you would be able to pick up some nice low hour late model boats in the near future with our economy taking a dump. It just won't be an all white 23LSV.
If I wanted to do that, I'd hop on my neighbors boat. I still can't get over that dorky, backwards looking tower and the fact that my wake on my old '99 is still better than his

Don't know why? But I did notice that; it doesn't obstruct the driver's vision, can be put up and down in 20 seconds, bimini stores tightly to tower, and bimini doesn't take 4 people(one being an engineer, another having a degree in geometry, one that gets really frustrated, and the other to let them all know its going to be ok) to put the bimini up.
I wasn't that fond of it at first but the functionality of it won me over.

That's the #1 reason that I don't have a Tige bimini - dealer has a local shop that makes them.
Swim Platform Proto is done but not on the boat yet. Have not had a chance to bring the boat to Tige. But hopefully in the next week or so. Once I have it on and it is tested and final. And they give the OK, I will post pics.
I would not mind the swim platform being a few inches narrower than the boat. Raising it up an inch might make getting on the platform difficult to my gravitationally challenged family members, but fact is, most people getting in the water from the back of the boat are more fit. I still think the fix would be a piece of cake, make it 3 inches more narrow, and the brackets with a bend upward.
The thing that bugs me most of the illusion tower (since we are all rambling here) is the mirror that goes on it. It reminds me of those fish that dwell in the deepest oceans that have the glowing thing that hangs from the back over to in front of their mouths to attract prey...then when the small fish comes over to check out the glowing thing, CHOMP! They get eaten. The other option is to mount a mirror to the windshield and that is no where near as functional.

Or just use the Z1's platform. It angles in instead of being straight all the way back and still looks cool. I figured that Tige would just give Tim a Z1 platform retrofitted to an RZ2 to try out.
