My guess is that Tige doesn't want to let the proverbial cat out of the bag until they have a rock solid solution.

Very sweet new ride!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the pics. Good times are definitely in store.
I would assume the platform fix should be pretty easy...Can't they just make it 3 inches narrower and put it 1 inch higher? I bet that would fix the problem except for the most heavy ballasted boats.
For this reason, and a few others, I am waiting for a new boat. If they do not fix it, I will continue to wait...or become TallbrandXguy. But the sound of it makes me throw up.
From a philosophical standpoint...I think that my 2005 has been the best boat I have owned because of the fact it is the same as the 2003...but with 2-3 years of refining. I could make a list of things that Tige has made that were not right when they were first released. One of those is the colored uprights...I thought they got rid of those because of constant powder coat problems? So that is why I think the 2009 models should be pretty much out of bugs. It seems to be the nature of the beast to then get everything just right and then discontinue the model.
Sorry for the long post.Be excellent to one another.
