Anyone here interested in some chrome rear vents?

Well apparently Tige is never gonna get off their butts and offer some chrome vents on the Ve series like they do on the RZ and Z1. So I'm gonna resort to making my own, and figured while I was at it I might as well make some for others.

These are gonna be made out of some very thin sheetmetal, so as not to grab things horribly bad. The only downside is unless your handy w/ gelcoat, there is still going to be a small lip... but very minor. I already have the mesh.

Obviously your gonna be stuck doing your own cutout.

I've only got a V right now, and I'm not gonna start until my Ve gets here. So I can't do them until after memorial day, I know it's a bit premature... but thought I'd get an idea of who all might be interested. I'm gonna try and have these turn the corner slightly like the malibu vents do. But there's not much of a corner to turn obviously.

what vents are you talking about because my 04 22v has chrome vents on the back

That was going to be my question... How would they fit?

I know on my V the back corner has many different curves

Well I remember looking at a Ve and saw the design I was gonna have to follow... but till I get mine home I can't make a template to show everyone. It might not have been able to wrap the corner, and might have just been on the side.

I swear I saw a way that I could follow the contours of the deck and have something a bit more appealing that just the little triangle that the RZ and Z1 have.
