      I saw that today

      all of powell looked like that the last two days

          It was 40 here today(northwest Iowa)! I looked a little weird out on the lake with a 100 ft. extention cord and a hair dryer.

            We were right at 50-55. It was great. Lake is still frozen, but it is melting around the edges.

                    We need to wait a couple more months in the NW. First camping trip is end of May. Weather just a little too cold and rainy right now.

                          Lake Michigan still has ice on it, and there is still about a foot of frost in the ground

                              Northwest Iowa, right on the Iowa Minnesota boarder. Okoboji, Iowa if you've ever been. The ice is still walkable, but melting at a nice rate.
