Wait tell you try to sell your tige'-good luck. Tige' is priced in arnge for what it is as well as the MC. they are not on the same playing field and you know it if you have really compared them without bias. Tell me about fit/finish-love to here what you have to say because there is a huge difference. Start with the crap vinyl seats in the Tige'. Why don't you Quote owners here with all the problems!
Not trying to get into a pi***** match with you. I've been in the business for 20 years. I have yet to see a perfect boat. If you want to talk about differences, would you rather have a boat that is screwed together of glassed. They are both good boats. Thanks for wishing me luck on selling Tige. In today's economy I'll take all the luck I can get. Even if I'm selling a used MC off the lot.
Indecision may or may not be my problem

Why did you join a Tige site to fight about X Stars again? Shouldn't you be over on Wakeworld?

ROFL! Riiiight! I'm 100% happy with my boat and glad that I didn't spend $75k on an X Star that would beat my family to a pulp on the rough lake that we goto every weekend.

Just wondering, the first time you stuffed the bow of your X Star and flooded the cockpit, did Mastercraft warranty the subwoofer?

Obvious you don't know what your talking about-neither will beat you in the rough! Talk to you in a year or two when your boat interior is falling apart Maybe you will still be enjoying the rough lake you go to every weekend?

I have to call BS on that. Let's take both to the channel on Powell. I guarantee you will be following the Tige within 5 minutes. It happened to me. Breaking trail for the X-star was a pleasure. We tried to swap half way through, but the folks in the X-star were being beaten so bad we had to switch back. So having been in both, I am confident of the difference in the rough water ride.

Have you been in a Tige?

The guy who started the thread knew what site he was going to when he started it. He probably (if he was smart) started the same thread on TMCowners.com. Then some idiot like you comes on and warns him against biased opinions. You really are stupid.

I can say the same for the MC forums we could "quote" issues all day long as well from MC...fact is these are mass produced boats and all will have issues.

Grow up cry baby! Since your a "tige expert" tell everybody how great the interior and fit/finish is? I own an X-45 and a 24v and have spend a lot of time in a friends x star one of the times on Powell in a storm and it did the same as the tige'.

If the fit and finish is so bad, and my interior is falling apart on my 2yr old Tige with 200hrs, point it out to me, I cant see it

IF my interior ever needs replacing, I will take the 15k I saved from not buying a MC and have it redone

As far as this site being biased towards Tige......would you say WW is impartial, unbiased, and fair

Just my 2 cents worth, but how does anyone come out a "winner" in this argument? On one side, we obviously have someone with an agenda, and on the other, you have people who are going to have some degree of bias. Neither side is going to change the opinions of the other. The initial poster came here looking for tige owners' opinions on their Tiges. I'd assume this poster has also sought out Mastercraft owners' opinions on their X-Stars. Robd, in all honesty, this thread does serve a purpose for those looking at buying a Tige. I'm a big fan of wakeworld, but it can be a difficult place to get information on some makes of boats. When I bought my boat last fall, I started on wakeworld, and I got some good info. I also got a lot of off topic rants. I actually appreciated both because they helped me make a more informed decision, but they also led me to start searching here because I wanted more specific answers rather than market stereotypes. I guess, my opinion is that it seems that the individual manufacturers have their individual owners sites, and then there is wakeworld and wakeboarder.com. All serve their purposes. Leave the brand owner v. brand owner to the non-manufacturer specific sites. It's more fun to read there anyways
